At Ferris Wheel Press, we want you to be completely enamored with your fashion pieces. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Ferris Wheel Press branded packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
